No. 422-24 has introduced an online department portal (https://hrylabour.gov.in/) for registration, renewal of licenses under (a) The Factories Act, 1948 (b) The Contracts Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970 (c) The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1996 (d) The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (RE&CS) Act, 1979 (e) The Punjab Shops And Commercial Establishments Act, 1958.
